Paramore were formed in 2002 when lead singer Hayley Williams moved from Mississippi to Tennessee when she was 13.There she met two brothers called Josh and Zac Farro who are now her lead guitarist and drummer.But first Hayley and now bass player of Paramore,Jeremy Davies went to try out for a band called 'The Factory' while the Farro brothers Had practiced after school.

• They got the name Paramore from one of their bass player's mother's maiden name. 
• The first song they wrote together was 'Conspiracy.'
